How do I book my photographer?
Scheduling your session and booking your photographer does not takes more than 1 minute to complete and does not require any payment information. The booking (just like the photo shooting) is free.
We will take care of everything for you, including picking the most suitable photographer.
To book, click on this link, pick your most convenient date & time, give us a few more details about your photo shooting and that's it! You’ll then receive a confirmation email including all the details of your session.

Can I choose my photographer?
Save time and relax: the best photographers have been carefully selected and tested for you. All of them are locals who know their city very well. While you will not be able to choose your photographer, we'll choose the most suitable person for you, based on the information you have provided. We will also give you the name and contact details of your photographer well in advance so you have a chance to discuss the details of your photo shoot.In case you would still require to book a different photographer, let us know and we'll promptly select another one for you.

Can I see the photographers portfolio before I book?
Please complete your booking first, so we have all the info at hand to select the most suitable photographer for you. You’ll receive your photographer contact details right away in the confirmation e-mail, including past galleries of hers. If you're looking for a different style, you can still discuss that option directly with your photographer, or ask us for another photographer. We'll be happy to help you match your desired style with the best photographer available.

How long is a session?
We recommend a 2-hour photo session to enjoy a wonderful and comprehensive experience. You can extend your session to 3 or 4 hours if you'd like to take your time: the price per photo will remain the same while the minimum purchase will change to match your desired session length.

How many people can participate in the photo shoot?
As many as you like! Just make sure your photographer is expecting the correct number of people.

Where is the meeting point?
You will be notified of the meeting point location in the confirmation e-mail. If you are familiar with the city, or if you require a different starting point for your session, please let us know in the booking form which meeting point suits you best.

Where are you taking me?
Depending on the city, you will visit several landmark locations. In Paris, the 2-hour session takes you from the Eiffel Tower to the Tuileries, Le Louvre and Notre-Dame.In case you require a different itinerary, please talk to your photographer about it at the beginning of your session.

How much does it cost?
We believe we can make you live an unforgettable experience before you have to pay anything. If you are not happy with your photos, your session is on us. Totally free.

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?
In case of rain, don't worry, we've got everything planned.
In such case, your photographer will know how to adjust your tour to indoors locations, such as the nice Passage des Panoramas, Galerie Vivienne or the Galleries Lafayette dome.
Here is a beautiful example of a rainy afternoon. You can also decide to reschedule for another time.

What should I wear?
Anything you want! We suggest you to wear something comfortable and that screams out your personality! Pay attention to the weather, you don't want to end up sweating on the beach or freezing in the cold. If you have to make a choice, please prefer plain clothes, and darker colours.

Can we change outfits during the session?
Sure! You’re welcome to bring 1 or 2 change: public restrooms are located along the way where you can perform a quick change and get the most out of your session.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem! In the confirmation email you received right after having booked your session, there is a link which allows you to reschedule or to cancel.
Otherwise, you can just advise us and your photographer by email, text or phone in advance of your shoot time.
Less than 24 hours – Advise the photographer as soon as possible by phone.
What if I am running late?
First, keep at reach of your phone in case your photographer is trying to contact you.
Second, try as much as possible to advise the photographer if you are over 10 minutes late: all our photographers have WhatsApp and they receive your texts & calls.

Can I extend the session during the shoot?
Sure! Just let the photographer know, hopefully he/she is available. There is no extra (except if the duration increases significantly)

Can we bring props/ have the photographer onboard with us on another activity?
You are welcome to bring any props you would like to, above in section optional services you’ll find a list of supplier.
You can also combine your photo session with a romantic carriage ride, authentic car ride, limo, etc...

When will I receive the photos?
Within a week after the shoot (average is 3-4 days), we will send you an email with you’re a private link to your online gallery. You can choose photos you like most to download in high resolution.

Which photos end up in my gallery? Are they retouched?
Your photographer selects the best photos, often about 130 shoots for a 2 hour session. If during the session you see a must-have photo please notify the photographer so you are certain it’ll be in its selection! All photos are professionally retouched.

What size are the photos?
Each photo weight about 1.5Mb. It is the ideal size for printing up to A3 format, sharing on social networks, and being able to watch your photos on any device (photos over 2Mb won't display correctly on some devices like tablets or phone). If you have a specific size requirement for a special project, please let us know when you book! Please note that a small fee may apply for extra-special photo size requirements.

How to purchase my photos?
Click the 'add to package' button below any photo you'd like to purchase. For the first one, you'll be prompted to choose a pack. Choose the most suitable one by clicking the 'add to cart' button. Then you have to add one by one the selection of photos correspponding to the pack you choosed. Once your selection is made, open you cart and proceed to payment.
Proceed to checkout and pay with the method that is most convenient to you. We don't print the photos, you’ll receive automatically a high resolution (3300x2200px) download link with your selection of photos.

How much time do I have to choose my photos?
Your photos remain available online for 10 days after publishing. If you are still travelling let us know so that we can arrange a longer delay for your gallery.

What are my payment options?
We accept payments through credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and Paypal.

Will you share my photos online without asking permission first?
We’ll always ask for your permission beforehand and you are absolutely free to accept or deny.

Do I own the photos?
You have the rights to use the photos for personal use (not commercial). You can print them, share them as long as it’s personal. Your photographer retains the copyright for commercial uses.
